This vaccum had great reviews but stopped working after 3 times using it. Maybe I have a too big house 3000 SF? This should not be the reason. I tried reading the instruction manual to find out if there was something I should be doing/cleaning to get the suction back again. Couldn't find it in the manual. I don't have time as a busy working mom to screw around with equipment that should not stop working after 3 uses, especially when Best buy only has a 15 day return policy ( which is a reason I will not buy at bestbuy again).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
