Bought it for my 6 year old boy. We now have to pry him off of it with a crowbar. The screen quality is great and the ease of use (controllers, charging, etc) is also great. I just wish there wasn’t such a delay on the service to offer some of the original Nintendo games.

I love this silly razor. It works really well, battery (when new) lasts a long time between charges, and it’s great the a single device can trim all sorts of things. My complaints... 1) it’s a little pricey. 2) it doesn’t shave my face as smoothly as I’d like and I usually have to use a straight razor 3) It doesn’t last that long. I’d say that I get about 2 years out of this unit - after that the guards start to break and the batteries hold less charge. All that said... I’m on my third razor since I think this is the best razor on the market for body grooming

I was planning on getting a lower series Samsung but I’m really glad I went with the Q7. The picture is perfect, the bevel is basically nonexistent, and the stand is a work of art. I ended up mounting the TV but I wish I had a spot to set it on something so that I could see the stand. Oh, and the remote and connect box thing are awesome. I didn’t have room for my cable box next to the TV nor did I want to try to mount it horizontally on the wall, so I placed the connect in a room behind the mounting wall. The coolest feature of the connect box is that I think it acts as a RF repeater.

Can you have a real frame cut to size and attach instead of the ones that come with the TV?
Sure, you could have a woodworker cut a custom frame to size but the tricky part will be getting it securely attached to the TV. I would recommend purchasing one of the other color frames made by Samsung and have your wood worker glue your custom frame to the Samsung frame. This way your custom frame snaps nicely onto the TV

Do I need a stud to install this tv above my fireplace?
YES! Or brick or something more substantial than drywall. Especially if you’re in an area that could have earthquakes. This TV is not that heavy, nor is the mounting bracket that comes with, but that doesn’t mean you should ever rely solely on drywall. It may be some work to cut out drywall and install some wood bracing, but it’s the only way to hang it safely.

I have DirecTV. Is it compatible with this setup? How do you connect receiver for satellite to the new TV system?
It's compatible with any HDMI source you have, Just plug that stuff into the connect box thingy (supplied with the TV).
It actually takes it a step further. I have ATT Uverse and instead of just changing the source to "HDMI 1" or something like that, it actually shows me "ATT Uverse" with a little logo and everything as an available video source next to Amazon, Netflix, etc. It's kinda cool to create your cable box as a video source just like digital content (since that's where it's all going anyways).
Oh, and the external connect box thing appears to be awesome. I have my TV above the fireplace, but the box in an entertainment center across the room so that I don't have to try to mount the stuff behind the TV or on the mantle. My only compliant is that the longer (optional) cable to connect the input box was something like $300. That's ridiculous, Samsung.
