So I got 5 of these for the basement and other rooms in the house. The plus is that I can control them via my phone. You can set rules and link them to the nest. The bad, no dimming control version and I can't ask Siri to turn off the lights. Not completely hands free but it's great that I can turn on lights at a certain time and have them turn off automatically.

So the guys that came couldn't remove my original machine as it was bolted down. They only had very few tools, so there went my chance. The second guy that came was a complain fest, so I let him leave and had someone else install this. I could have complained and called, however it was a free service soooo I didn't.

I like it but at the same time I don't like that I had to buy different detergent for it. My clothes come out clean, but its just that I was used to the scent of my regular detergent. Not seeing suds is driving me insane as I think lots of suds = super clean. Anyways, if you are ok with no suds and changing your detergent to HE only, this is for you.
