Love this, just one thing to be careful about

I love this washer. Its real deep, and I'm short, so I use a small stool to stand on to get my clothes out. My last washer I had to shove my king comforter in and hope it cleaned it. In this one, it's no problem. The only thing is we have all hit our head on the bottom of the "sink" when bending over the machine to get the items out.

Noises from machine
Just had this machine delivered and the drain pump sounds like it runs a lot and it's loud. Anyone else feel like the pump is loud (not the water noise, the pump).
I have not had this problem, I would call and have them send someone out. We also got the dryer and that came defective, real loud like it was hitting something or a zipper/lose change noise. Drove me nuts on the first use, called they sent out repair, was said to be unfix-able, got a new replacement and now happy.

Is there a hand wash cycle?
Don't see a hand wash cycle on the controls or in the manual, but under the specifications "hadn washable" cycle is marked as Yes. How is that possible?
I had the same problem, then realized its the delicate cycle on cold. Since there is no middle agitator, its just like the hand wash cycle on the old washer, just change the water to cold and spin to low. Hope this helps, we have hand washed items like this and no issues.
