Ordered this online. Was supposed to be Windows 7.....came with Windows 10 instead. The special software we have only runs on 7. Returned to the store with no problem, but they couldn't refund the $29.80 shipping fees. Was told to call the toll-free number. They ended up debiting our credit card TWICE instead of issue a credit. Would not fix it. Will instead only send a $60 Best Buy Gift Card.
Lesson learned. Will only make purchases for equipment directly from the local brick & mortar store....
