When talking to the Sales person about my needs both personal and for my work travels, I was very clear about my needs. I asked (I thought) a lot of questions. I even did some reading on the Surface on the web. One thing I was disappointed to learn, and I cannot say that I read anything about this until after I bought it and I searched very specific questions on the web... but the Surface only has a limited 8.1 version of Windows so it won't allow for much business software to be added or allow for you to download Chrome. I do everything on Chrome.. Crum ... I love the size, screen, weight, the keyboard cover.. Other that its limits... It's great... But the limits kill the entire point of me having bought it...
