Great sound for seniors

The phone has lived up to my expectations--very good voice quality and ample sound, very easy to see display. Entering all information for speed dial is rather tedious, but everything works. Just one problem so far. AT&T tells me this equipment cannot be used to block calls by the standard procedure. I can't give phone a perfect rating until I know why.

Very simple to use and relatively inexpensive

The pictures are good, but not great. Ease of use is very good, but wish it could do settings on battery power alone. My battery doesn't seem to get charged, no matter how long the device is on and operating. The only other problem is that the sticky mount presents a problem for those of us who want to move our device from one car to another.

Sounds better for its size than I thought it could

This speaker turned out to be exactly what I needed. The bluetooth range by direct sight was twice what I thought i could get. It's just portable enough to meet my needs. Easy to fit in a small bag. Only complaint I have are the control buttons. In a dim light, you cannot see the black on black button markings where you need to push. The sound is great for the size of the speaker.

Can I set the VCR to record shows so i watch later with this unit?
Don't think so. Unlike their 2011 model, it doesn't have antenna in/out connections. I think that is necessary to record at a specific time later.

Can this device be mounted on the dash?
Not easily, because my cars have always had a textured or padded dash. The dash needs to be smooth and relatively hard to make a good connection. The newer magnetic mounts might be the best choice if you want something that could be easy to move from car to car, or location to location.
