Good brewing coffee for average use

Functions just like any other brewing machine. But I like the fact that it has more features and it comes with the bonus milk frother.
My only complaint so far is that during the initial use and the subsequent uses, there are times where you have to press the "brew type" button one more time. During my first use where I have to run through just water, after my first press of the button, it starts then stops and I thought it was broken. Then I pressed again then it continues. This happened again in one of my regular use where it starts for a while then nothing happens and I'm sure it has nothing to do with the brewing process as I waited for so long. Then I pressed the button again for it to continue. No big deal except that it's a hassle if you want to leave the area and hope that it completes when you get back. The bonus frother is OK but seems flimsy so I seldom use it. But overall, it's a nice machine to have for the price.

To be fair, I like this product. It's easy and straightforward to use once you start using it.
However, my problem with this unit is with regards to cleaning since the parts are not that modular so if you have to for example run it through hot water (as the initial instructions were to wash all parts), there's a chance that it may break apart as it happened to me. The handle got mis-aligned so I have to carefully study how the rotating mechanism works to put it back. I would say it's not that easy and I got the side of my fingers scatched in the process when the handle snap back while holding the pieces in place.
However, my problem with this unit is with regards to cleaning since the parts are not that modular so if you have to for example run it through hot water (as the initial instructions were to wash all parts), there's a chance that it may break apart as it happened to me. I bought this product recently as an alternative for watching videos or photos which my other family members can use instead of borrowing or using my iphone. I have couple of Apple items already so I already know what to expect. It's lightweight and easy to setup. Of course, the quality of the video is not at the same level as with the newer Ipads but it is still OK for me

I have 2 Nest cameras already. I have the old DropCam for the inside and the Nest Outdoor camera which I recently bought and installed. I can say I'm really happy with these cameras. It's easy to setup, with crisp pictures, and configurations are practical enough. Sometimes, having too many options in the settings can make it too complicated for an average user.
The only challenge I had with the setup is when it comes to the camera cable with a large cover head for the USB end which I think is almost 1 inch thick. I was hoping I could simply drill a small hole so the wiring is not visible. Since the location where I wanted to hook it up is against a concrete, I didn't bother as drilling a large hole may damage my wall. I end up simply wrapping the cabling around the edges of the garage door frame. It still ended up nicely but I'm hoping for future models to may be have an option where you can re-attach the covering for the USB from the other end. This will provide other users for a much better and cleaner installation.
But other than the USB thing, everything is working out fine for me. I can view all my alerts from my smart phone and the video is coming out clear.
If they correct the issue with the cable, I may purchase another one in the future.

Does this model make 12 cups of coffee?
No. I usually do just the "classic brew" type and the half carafe can only fill 2 cups. Yes, there's some left over but that's because i'm not filling it to the rim. Regardless for a 12-oz volume, you may only end up with 2 cups. So I would say a full carafe is only good for 4 cups and maybe less if you chose the "rich" or "specialty" type of brews.

How many standard cups does the Carafe hold max?
It depends on the size of your cup but I'm using a 12oz cup, and I noticed that using just the half Carafe level, I can fill 2 cups with some left over (i'm guessing around ~2-3oz) but it's not enough for another cup for sure. And i think that makes sense since it's suppose to be a 24 oz for a half carafe but in my case, I don't usually fill my cup to the rim anyway since I add liquid coffee creamer for added flavor so I maybe using only max of 10 oz per cup. So for a full Carafe, I would say depending on whether you fill the cup to the rim or not, more or less, it's good for 4 cups of coffee.

How far with the camera reach (distance) and record/alert if there is movement or activity??
I didn't use any measuring tape but to give you some perspective, I installed on top of my garage door around 8ft high facing down and it can reach even a fraction of the corner house on the opposite side of the road. Our residential road is probably like a 4-lane road. It's quite good and when I zoomed in on a video capture, even the farthest reach is still clear unlike some cameras (I also had 2 other brands) where the corners' resolution is somewhat compromised.
