I was looking to monitor my O2 levels while I was sleeping. You have to hold the monitor on you finger and take a reading.
I was using a Jawbone UP3 and really liked it but when I was traveling last weekend it came off my wrist and I didn't notice it was gone until I reached my destination. I started using the Withings as an activity tracker this week and do not like the interface and have not been able to get it to monitor my sleep. I will be buying another UP3.

I bought this one for the sleep tracking but I find the activity information useful too.
The only thing I don't like is the clasp. It was hard to put on at first.
It has come off twice while I was sleeping.
