I think it is working. My son said I needed it and installed it and set everything up and I just use my computer. Since it hasn't crashed my computer and since I can save things to it and get things from it, I have to assume it is working just fine.
I was forced to give it a star rating but I am simply not able to give a review so, not wanting to hurt the company, I gave it 5 stars.

not very easy to use and not good sound quality

This is a replacement for an older AT&T system that I liked a lot but couldn't get replacement handsets. People are constantly telling me I am breaking up on the handsets. It is more difficult to see who has called and I still haven't figured out how to delete just one or two old calls and keep the ones I want. I am not pleased with this purchase.
