Brought my old drive back to life.

I was having problems with my 500GB drive in my iMac and replaced it with a 1T drive, but I still needed to extract a few things off the 500GB drive. So I decided to try this enclosure. It was pretty simple to install my old drive in this case and get it connected. I fired it up after setting up my new internal drive and it came up without a problem. Now I have access to all of my data from the old drive.

My Mac is running Snow Leopard - Mac OS X 10.6. Is Seagate - Backup Plus Slim for Mac 1TB External Portable Hard Drive Model: STDS1000100 SKU: 3137024 compatible with Snow Leopard? Or does it require a higher OS?
I am currently running this external drive on my Mac with Snow Leopard 10.6.8 . It setup the time machine without any problems for me.
