He had all the parts in stock, made an appointment for installation that was convenient for me, and had the job complete on time.... which is really all I can ask of a Tech... His attitude was terrific, even when I had to have the remote reprogrammed a few days after the install. Over the last few years, I have had Best Buy install, 2 remote starters, and a stereo and never have had reason to complain, and in fact, I have gotten to the point, if they have it, and I want it, there's no hesitation doing business with Best Buy or their tech services.. I seem to go through these icemakers like watercoolers.. They tend to last me only 6-10 months, so I've had 8 or so over the last few years. usually at a cost of $119 - $149 a pop. They just don't hold up for full time use. But when I saw this one on SALE FOR $79, AND I know Best Buy does right by it's customers with extended warranties , I went for this one with a 2 yr extended warranty.. It make a little bit of noise in use, but since our bar is in a separate room off the den, it's no issue for us.. It's VERY CONVENIENT ACCESS with all all clear top/lid, and actually has a smaller footprint than the previous ones we've had, so I grabbed one ... very happy and would recommend it to a friend.

We have 3 of these in our house. It's about the size of a hockey puck but sounds much bigger, but by adding a bluetooth speaker, it fills the game room with a great sound, plus controlling the a/c, stereo, lights, and answering inane question from my drunk friends playing pool. 3 of these (amazon DOT, + the Amazon Echo, and the Amazon tap. All have their own advantages and drawbacks, but the pluses far outnumber the minuses.

I bought this as a display product, and got a good price, then within 24 hrs, I began having issues with the track pad. It works find with an external mouse, but the trackpad is non functioning. I was 2 days late contacting tech support and so I'm hoping the Lenovo mfg warranty will help. I certainly didn't expect problems this soon after purchase and didn't buy the extended tech / product support. Sooo, maybe I saved money , maybe I didn't... at least my wireless mouse works but I would expect the track pad to last longer than it did.

I originally got the "Neat" scanner, thinking it was just what I needed, but after just one day, I realized it wasn't compatible with some of my companies needs. It is a little larger, physically, than I thought too, and took up a little more desk space than I was happy with. But for those folks that have a scanner need, and this will do the job for you, it's very nice.

it does what it says it does.. First let's discuss the design:
We got the RED version and love the splash of color in our Stainless / Black kitchen. The unit does a good job of what it does. The adjusting tilt works great for changing from waffles to meat cooking. and the included separate drip tray is very hand and easy to use.
The digital controls are clear and easy to use, bluetooth or wifi would be good for preheating but that's not an option so I can't comment on that.
We have been "moderately" happy with the finished product when cooking steaks or chicken, or porkchops, YOU DO HAVE TO SEASON a little more than normal since there's no grease or smoke . So far, it doesn't seem to "sear" the grill marks as much as we'd like, but I think adding a little cookiing oil to the item being cooked will help..
BIG PLUS.... It's very easy to clean.. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS ABOUT NOT SCRATCHING the ceramic cooking surface and the cooked on grease will just wipe away and look new with a minimum of effort, same for the waffle plates.

I have a kitchen that can only be described as "Very complete". 2 ovens, 1 hot air oven, two microwaves, 4 burner electric cooktop with built in electric Grill, and 2 Induction cooktops and a Sous Vide cook setup.. Is this scanner compatible with a Mac OS X version 10.11.6? Does this scanner come with an install CD for Mac? Not interested in getting a scanner that requires me to go to a website and download install drives. If not, please recommend one that has it.
if you are counting on a CD for the latest software updates, you're expecting too much. By the time a product gets through the channels, to the store, and ultimately to the end consumer, there had BETTER be updates. I'm not trying to help you find a scanner, that's on you, but this one is great!!

I know I can't cut them without a problem but could they curve 90 degrees to go under some kitchen cabinets with a corner?
you CAN in fact cut them. Each strip (NOT Extention) is marked where it can be cut.. , They are about as flexible as a thin leather belt..

Can you cut the strip in 2 and still use both of the strips you cut?
NO YOU CANNOT.. once you cut it, you're done with the end you cut off. There are marks WHERE you can cut, but the piece cut off is trash.. They also sell 3' extenders you can add to the standard 6' strips. But at the cost, I'd avoid cutting anything.. $90 a pop is a lot of money to throw away..

Will this printer pull the paper in face up heads first?
We are looking to replace an older laser printer we use for printing checks. The printer must work by pulling from a stack of checks face up heads first in order to maintain check #'s in the proper order. Will this printer work for this use? Is it easily connected to a network computer or will this give us issue?
of course, it's a matter of how you stack the paper in the paper bin .. that determines how the check stock is pulled into the printer.. and YES, it IS DEFINITELY easy to connect your your network, and iPhone, and iPad , laptop, desk top.. no problem
