It states on this site that a free battery grip is included with the purchase of my Nikon D750 (body only), but when I arrived at the store to pick up my camera and accessories they told me the grip wasn't in stock. What do I do about this?

I did receive my Nikon D750 and a free battery grip at the store. The other free items such as the memory, format backpack and refuel battery were not in stock so Best Buy ordered them and in about a week I came back to the store and picked them up. Sometimes not all the stores have all the items listed on their website so if the store we visit doesn't have the free items they offered, we should wait for them to order and come back to pick them up. I was very satisfied with my purchases at Best Buy.
