I decided to jump into the world of smart lighting as I was very interested in automation opportunities. I love that this integrates with Apple Home, so i can set lights to come on automatically when I arrive home. No more timers that lose/gain time or have to be reset due to time changes. I love that you can set just about any color. Still getting used to not using light switches to turn the lights on/off, but it is fun to yell out to SIri to turn everything off.

I've always liked logitech products, and this one doesn't disappoint. It's a little small (which is why I deducted a star), but the Best Buy I was at didn't have many options. I knew I wanted something rechargeable, but didn't want a large gaming mouse with a bunch of buttons.
This mouse works as expected. It has pretty good battery life between charges. I haven't had any issues where clicks have not registered. Accuracy of the mouse pointer is really good. Scroll wheel is very responsive.

Fun Keyboard To Spruce Up the Workspace

I purchased this keyboard as I wanted something different for my office space. I realize this is a gaming keyboard, but I wanted something where I could customize the colors of the keys. All-in-all, I've been very pleased with this keyboard and have gotten many compliments on it. The feedback from the keys is great, and I do not believe I've noticed any "missed" keys, or characters not registering, when I've been typing.
My only complaint (which is why I deducted a star) is with some of the textures on the keys... especially the space bar. It's not a smooth texture, but rather rigid. It's not terrible, just takes some time to get used to, and I don't think it's really needed.
One of the neat features of this keyboard is a built in USB port so that you can charge a rechargeable mouse (or other uses) without needing a cable stretched across your desktop. That makes it easy to keep my workspace clutter free.

Washer/Dryer Pedestal - Totally Worth It

I've been looking at washer's and dryer's for a while and continued to scratch my head at why someone would spend the money of the pedestal. $250 is a lot for a metal drawer. However, when my washer of 14 years finally died, and I was spending a lot of time in the store evaluating and really thinking about purchasing my replacements, I became accustomed quickly to how high the pedestal made the washer and dryer. I appreciated not having to bend over so much to load and move clothes between the washer and dryer.
So, I decided to bite the bullet and purchase the pedestals for both my washer and the dryer. I did manage to talk them down on the price which made me feel a little better about spending the money. I enjoy having the additional storage space as well.

Great Dryer

After 14 years, I finally had to replace my old top load washer, so I decided to go ahead and buy a new Washer/Dryer set. I spent about 2 hours in the store looking at all the models and trying to make up my mind. I've wanted to try Samsung appliances, so I finally decided to do so and purchased this (and it's washer counterpart) dryer.
So far, I'm very pleased with this dryer. It definitely dries my clothes quicker than my old dryer. I love the wrinkle prevent option so that I can leave the dryer unattended and it will continue to "fluff" or rotate the clothes for 180 minutes (3 hours).
The only problem I have is that the control panel is not lined up correctly with the front faceplate of the machine. I'm not sure if this happened in shipping, unboxing, or installation. So far the machine works fine, but since I did purchase the geek squad protection I'm going to call them out to take a look and hopefully fix it. This is why I gave it 4-stars. When it's fixed, I'll bump it up to 5.
As I stated in my washer review, I hate that Best Buy pressures you to write reviews so quickly after purchasing an item. I've only had this unit for about 4 weeks, so I still feel it's too new to comment on reliability and prolonged use. I'll make updates if things go sour in the coming months.

Do more laundry in less time. This spacious Samsung washer takes fewer loads to get all your laundry done. Plus, you can use it anytime, because everyone will sleep right through the reduced noise and vibration levels.

Great Washer

This is my first front loading washer after my old top load of 14 years finally died. I've only had this washer for about 4 weeks, so I'm still getting used to it. I do find it fascinating watching the cycle work, though.
So far, I have no complaints. Clothes seem to be clean, the washer seems solid, and it's very quiet. It could probably use a little more leveling, but all-in-all I'm very pleased.
The only thing I have noticed is that there's water left in the soap dispenser cup at the end of the cycle. Sometimes it's empty, but more times than not, it's got water in there. Not sure why this happens.
As long as you leave the door cracked so that the inside can air dry, you shouldn't have issues with mildew or mold.
I hate how Best Buy pressures you to review a purchase so soon. Based on the other reviews, it looks like there's a failure within 3 - 6 months, so I definitely recommend getting at least the 3 year geek squad protection. I will try to update this review if things go sour in the coming months.
