A slow start, but once it gets going it will make you think and realize you need to catch up on your theory of relativity and Mr. Einstein. Def. worth a rewatch too. Haven't watched it with Atmos Yet to comment on that.

There are nods to the first flick and a feeling of trying to recreate it, however if you buy this to get a HUGE low-end soundtrack (test that subwoofer!) and a lot of gorgeous CGI dino's and not too worried about characters etc.. you won't be disappointed. Watch this at someones house with a huge subwoofer and a home theater if you missed it in the theaters.

It may not be the original GnR, but these guys can still play (technically, they're much stronger guitarists/musicians than the classic line-up.)
The concert is high energy, sound quality very strong (and a decent 5.1 mix which can be weird for live music). The 3-D is fun and seems to of been filmed in 3-D and mostly HD.
The set-list is great with a few cover songs in there like another brick in the wall.

Great sound design (Dolby Atmos) and a no-holds straight forward action/revenge movie. Keanu doesn't speak much, but he is perfect in the role (yes... I just said he can act). The film is reminiscent of Payback.

I mostly bought these due to being in-stock (still took 2 stores to get 4). The price versus quality is great, but I'm sure i'll upgrade to a higher end later. Ceiling speakers aren't as active, but there's no reason to cheap out on them.

Audio/Video Benchmark!

This is THE single most impressive sound design I've experienced. This film justifies Dolby Atmos, huge subwoofers, and Large screens (projectors!). I regret not seeing this in the theater, but the at home Atmos experience is a must-hear/see. I've used this as a demo for everyone that steps foot in my house. Its a fun movie too, a non-stop action ride. It even makes me forget about mad max 3....

The power behind it seems good so far. I run a 7.2.4 Dolby Atmos setup with external amps for the front speakers and the subwoofers. Setup was ok, the manual is not very clear and I'm pretty good at HT setups.
I was hesitant on pioneer, but for a 11 channel (w/external amp) flagship model, the price was the best out there. I'd still wait for a drop as this is newer technology. I Love it, but had to have it day one.
The promised DTS:X firmware hasn't been developed yet which was part of why i choose this model. Pioneer said "by the end of the year" which doesn't seem likely (yes only one movie is encoded in DTS:X, but it is supposed to up convert any DTS-HD)
