over the years have been becoming big part of APPLE's eco-system...older high-end router (not apple) was not always staying connected and not sure why...as well as signal strength...went with the airport time capsule (has hard drive) rather than the 'express or extreme' simply for personal taste...this router does direct it's signal towards your device so strength is very good and seems not to vary but slight...picked up the signal 2 house's away...i'm pretty sure the 'airport extreme' would be as good (no hard drive)...so far has been fine but have only had for a short time...one hiccup...did lose wireless connectivity but after reboot it has been fine...probably should have done that 1st thing after set-up but forgot...hope not an issue later......nice to have my printer work wireless (if your printer will do that)...i absolutely like 'apple' products...user friendly and they simply work...set-up went flawlessly and easy...way way easier than my older 3rd party router...have read some internet 'negatives' but personally think mostly might be issues with their older hardware or they're not computer savvy...i'm pretty picky and do like it......

it's an ethernet cable...pretty basic but upped to cat-6 for my purpose...router & hard drive integrated in device...hard wired to the computer...as i understand 8' about max for no performance loss...for few $$ more cat-6 worth it to me...

Personally I was not an apple fan in the earlier years. But about the time iTUNES arrived I started progressing towards their products. I have been nothing but delighted with pretty much everything (except for their "mouse"). And glad I waited for this iPad air 2. Has been a joy for my purposes and flawless. As for me i like the fluidity of its operation and of course the integration with apples ecosystem. A bit pricey since I have the high end model. But will have years of service with this device. As they say "you get what you pay for". Nice to have things that work.

this is a wonderful movie for the whole family...absolutely entertaining for the young ones and the adult...nice to have a great story on video for a change...blu-ray reproduction very well done and added bonus material quite entertaining as well...watch it a 2nd time with commentary; again you will like as well...forgot how old this movie is and will always be treasured...it is always a delight with blu-ray quality on a high-end system...you won't be disappointed...

hi whats the best hard drive to store thousands of pics and videos from cell phone, computer and tablet?

pretty much can't go wrong with any of the popular brand names; seagate, western digital, etc...
dependent on what you back up and how (auto or manually) would determine size and brand because of included software...if whole computer go at least 2-2 1/2 times computer hard drive...if doing backup manually for selected items keep room for more stuff...
REDUNDANCY is a biggy for your stuff...larger flash drives costs more but are fast...regular drives are just fine...remember external (regular) drives need power to operate...most of the drives are USB ported so easy to connect...i also use those small thumb (flash) drives for portability to and from...wait for the sales...big savings
