The laptop handles like a performance laptop with an unprecedented 6 GB of RAM. Only complain is a small cracking sound when opening and closing the lid, probably from one of the hinges.

Voice commands, only? Really?

I'm a quadriplegic and would not be able to touch this thing after someone placed it around my neck. Would I be able to use it?
No, you wouldn't be able to use as per your case. Once the headphones are on and you receive a call you will have to press the answer button to answer and end the call. The voice commands come in after you press the TALK button and it listens to your voice. So unfortunately, it wouldn't serve you.
