This microwave reheats food well. Popcorn button cooks microwave popcorn well. The auto defrost does it job very well. The is an ez button that cooks 30 seconds when pressed which is convenient. I had a Whirlpool before I had this. The Whirlpool lasted over 10 years, and the door broke on it. It didn't seem worth repairing, so I bought the LG. I hope it last just as long. So far I've had no issue.

I was able to use this remote to do the basic settings of my Vizio smart tv, Kenwood receiver, and Toshiba DVD. The one thing I couldn't get on my Vizio is the menu settings. When I hit menu, the smart apps came up. There might be a different code to try. I would recommend this remote for most needs. It's not fancy, but it's cheap in price.

I did not have an issue installing. I made this a slave hard drive for the computer. It has not giving me any issues. I love all this space. I use it to put my Steam games on. The setup instructions to make it a slave hard drive was not available, but all I really needed to do is go to disk management on Windows and format it. Once that was done, it was good to go.

The only problem I had is that I had to shave the edges of the connector to the hard drive because it was hitting against the power source of the hard drive. It would not fit otherwise. Had it been smooth and not a rounded connector, there would not be an issue. Or if the power connector was located on the other side of the hard drive, there would not be an issue. I should have brought it back, but best buy did not have another type of cable.

I'm not positive about the Sony system, but my Kenwood speakers system is over 15 years old, and it works with it. So i'm guessing that it should work with a Sony system easily.
