We are very happy with this dishwasher. With our old dishwasher we practically had to wash the dishes before we put them in so they would get clean. As tough as a transition as it was, based on what we read, we started scraping off our dishes, not rinsing them before putting them into this dishwasher. We are pleasantly surprised at how well it cleans when doing so.
We have sugar gliders who never fully clean their bowls and their food is sticky and dried on when we put new food in each day. Their bowls come out sparkling clean - again without rinsing.
Like anything, it does have its limits. A pan that was used to bake au gratin potatoes didn't come fully clean without help.
We also really like the adjustments we can make to accommodate our various dishes and the top rack (third) for silverware and tge small things that typically end up who knows where in some dishwashers.

I got this because I use my iPad in the kitchen while cooking. After a couple of times of getting food particles on my keyboard case, I thought this would be a great alternative.
This is a very sturdy stand. It took me a bit to figure out the tightening to get it to stay in place, but once I did - I really like using it. Charging at the same time is a nice bonus. Haven't seen a lot of use for the little light that's on it, but I suspect I will.
