Great Upgrade from LG HBS-810

The LG HBS-820(S) is a major upgrade from the LG HBS-810 model in providing much better comfort and stability with the provided ear-gels. The retractable cords for playback are more smooth and less of a *ratchet* sound unlike before. The new feature that includes a personal mono speaker on the right side is louder than you think ... even more so when you are on a HDAudio phone call, while music playback is ok. But again the comfort level is waayyyy above the 2015 previous moble of its class

Great for more than avg gamer...

This Turtle Beach product is a true wireless headset that is comfortable to wear for long periods of game play ... the sound is great for gaming and if you also use your XB1 to play media served from online streaming like Netflix, Hulu or your TV Cable box, it makes a great wireless headset for a quieter listening experience. I prefer this model over TB newest model that in its class the 420X !

Can you make calls with this head by push the button on the headset.

I believe (depending on your BT device) in the case of using and iPhone for example, if you long press the "call" on the left hand side of the headset it will redial the last person you called, if you just short press it will activate Siri and then using your voice command to initiate as of you were using your phone without BT

What's the difference between this model ( 820 S) and the 820 model??

I believe the 820 and the 820(S) has a external mono speak on the right side ... using the quick on the fly style hardware switch to go betweeen personal in your ear hearing to a loud speaker, I find it perfect for speaker phone type calls where if a person next to you needs to hear and talk the person on the call, or watching a video on the device without changing the BT settings,
