They went above and beyond expectations. It was difficult for them to lift the washer over the electric chair my dad uses to get upstairs in our townhouse. They did not complain and did a nice job hooking the washer up and removing the old one which was very heavy and also had to be lifted over the stairway chair. They even called and were able to make the delivery earlier than expected.

I have an electric chair for my dad to get up the stairs in our townhouse and they had to lift both the old one and new one over it and did not complain. I alsway had trouble holding using the Apple TV remote do its small size. The sideclick fits great in my hand and the additional controls really make using my Apple TV Much better. I used to have to pick up the remote for my tv to change the input to get back to my cable box. I programmed the sideclick to do this for me and it works great.
