Great sound, great battery duration

I wanted something to use with my iPad to listen to blogs in the large room where I work. This fit the bill nicely. I can play it as loud as I like and the sound is clear and free of strain.
I also like that I can stream music to it from my phone or iPad in my car. It's a decent substitute for the expensive car stereo setup that I just can't justify.
I tried out the Bose Soundlink 3, but it wouldn't connect to my TV. I like playing the TV to the JVC while I use my treadmill so the sound isn't drowned out by the noise of the treadmill (I can put the JVC right next to the treadmill).
Actually, I'm glad it worked out that way. I like the sound of the JVC at least as much as the Bose, and at half the price I regard it as a great value.

Nice size, nice plush lining, shoulder strap

Normally, this would've been $40. I wouldn't have gotten it, because of that, but I had a $10 credit at Best Buy, and felt it was well worth $30.
It has a nice plush lining to pamper my IPad or laptop. I like the size. It's not so big as to be a nuisance when I carry it with me everywhere (OK, I admit it, it's my "man-purse"). Lastly I like having the shoulder-strap for when I'm feeling lazy.
