We have had no setup issues whatsoever. Own two first gen Heos 1 and a first gen Heos 5. Setup was a breeze, the app has been stable, and we can easily play from Rhapsody account and what we have on our iOS devices. There is not a Windows 10 app for the Heos, which is a bit of a bummer, but there are workarounds that you can explore to, say, run a line into the speaker from your headphone jack on a laptop. Here in stormy Indiana we often have had to unplug these from the wall (thunderstorms), but they come right back up to get on our wifi network and sync with our devices and the Heos app
