Complex but failed to prevent from hacking

Although it has many functions, it failed to protect my new computer from hack. Someone successfully hacked and controlled my new computer. He pretended to be a staff of Microsoft to lure my wife for the payment of fixing the systems' problem. Kaspersky total security was nothing in this case. I used Webroot in another computer for many years without any hacking. So disappointed in Kaspersky now.

Pros: Good quality of screen, good touchable monitor, strong processing enough.
Cons: all USB ports on the back, so not easy to use; not easy to open the DVD; simple key board without extra function keys like volume, too big mouse without sensitive enough.
