We are waiting for a fix to the problem

Our new TV won't stay on the indicator for Direct TV. Rather it keeps switching back to Standard TV. Since this is the first version of this TV, the Geek Squad said this is a peculiar problem to this TV. We are getting a new (same) TV in the coming week. We don't buy a new style car for this very reason. First time editions sometimes have problems. We are sure tho' that Best Buy and the Geek Squad will fix the problem
