Cover fell apart after using a while. Did all required stuff for a return order memo. Returned case over a month ago and after many Emails still no shipping info. A month to get a replacement and no word on when it will ship? It was a good case while it lasted. But how can i recomend it if their CS is so poor?

The location and function of the controls for these speakers need a lot on design improvement.. Difficult to use with a desktop computer. The controls are located on the base of one of the remote speakers. If you set the speaker anywhere other than on your desk,cannot get to controls. Mine are on the floor out of the way. If you get a phone call no way to mute them.
