From a design standpoint, this TV is wonderful. They were very thoughtful in separating the "smarts" of the TV and putting them (and all inputs/outputs) in a box that fits nicely with other stereo or electronic components.
The TV then becomes super thin, allowing it to hang on the wall with only a power cord and a very tiny optical cable that transfers the audio/video from the box to the screen.
The colors are amazing, with some I feel like I've never seen before on a TV. If you have it it a room with lots of lighting or natural light, this TV is great! Brightness levels are wonderful, but regardless of what they say, it's still an edge lit LCD - which shows when you have mostly dark or black screens and something very bright pops up.
For me, this is in my living room with lots of windows and light, so I'm very satisfied with over quality and great looks. If I were to put this in a theater room, I'd pass and go with an OLED.
