This is my 2nd Dyson, I have had a full size with ball for 7 or so years that has worked great and is still going strong. I do not think this one will completely take its place however it will be used more often. First of all, its expensive (get that out of the way). My full size was also but worth every penny. I purchased this one mainly because of the hepa filter, older house with dust - full size has hepa also! I did not want a standard filter. Mounting was a breeze, I put screws into a stud so I didn't use the plastic things that came with it. All attachments work as they should, turbo mode works great (just get it done fast as battery goes down quicker). Took old walls out of kitchen and replaced with drywall which means drywall mud dust everywhere, V8 handled it with ease - cleaning out canister and washing filters was also a breeze. It hasn't been 90 days yet but I don't see me taking it back. If you have a lot of fine dust like I did, you need to put the canister inside the garbage can before you pull up to empty!

Great replacement for an old Harmony remote

Bought this to replace a Harmony 510 where the numbers on the keys were literally worn off from use. I like the rechargeable batteries and that you can plug it in to recharge. Setup was extremely easy (after you get all the model #'s from the devices!) . Works like a charm & was over 1/2 price on sale. Lights on the remote come on when you touch it EXCEPT for the "Watch TV" & "Watch A Movie" buttons which control starting up all devices on both of our TV's (also none of the keys above the screen light up), that would be the only con - wish they would light up also. We only have 6 devices on this remote so any Harmony above this one would have been overkill however if I needed more I would not have hesitated to get a Harmony for more $$.

The good: Big hard drive, processor is fast enough for my purposes (I do not game), the brushed metal does look good from the front, 2 HDMI outputs to monitors or HDTV, wireless keyboard and mouse work great with dongle in rear USB port, has a DVD player if needed, has bluetooth and wireless, there is not a ton of junk software you have to immediately delete.
The OK: Brushed metal stops at front of computer, the DVD door is flimsy at best and vertical for putting DVD's in (I don't use often), the USB ports on top are rear facing so I am in the "blind" when trying to plug in a USB cable for charging phone or portable charger.
The bad: I ditched the McAfee antivirus software before trial expired, it sucks. I wish I could change the direction of the top USB ports so it would be easier to plug in portable charger and phone.
