first refrigerator defective, now on second one

my first refrigerator purchased was installed and turned on. after the first day freezer stopped working, and after 3rd day refrigerator stopped working. Salesman was fantastic in getting replacement refrigerator delivered and installed. So far have had new fridge for 3 days and so far no problems at all. This is a beautiful unit and I would cautiously recommend to friends.

from what I can use, range works better than expected. upon delivery, small oven door broken glass, side of range appears bent leaving sharp edge on top. Pacific Sales is aware of issues and is replacing range.

Does this Refrigerator have a pre-set Auto temperature of 41F degree? Because I've changed it to 34F degree, but, after a while, it automatically changed back to 41F degree. is this particular refrigerator has an auto-temp of 41F
I've only had this refrigerator a few days and haven't noticed any changes yet.
