Well I purchased this January 22, 2018 and on Tuesday May 29, 2018 the Panel for the Picture went out for some reason, I guess it is Defective.
Geek Squad is Scheduled to Replace it on Friday June 1, 2018.

Install for my Insignia under Warranty

Well, I Purchased the 5 Year Geek Squad Protection Plan for my Insignia RoKu 55” TV that broke after about 6 Months after I purchased the TV. The Picture just went out with lines and bars filling the Screen. When I took it to Best Buy the Rep said it was a Screen Saver and it was fine. I had to wait and convince him it was Broken and finally he agreed and seen it was not working. But they did not even run any diagnostics on it and made me take it back home. I told him I am a Retired Disabled Veteran and that to try and hook everything back up and carry it back it just crazy.
Instead of just letting me Replace the TV they made me wait over 5 days for them to send an Agent to Replace the Screen. Plus, no one has called me the day before the appointment like I was told they were suppose to. I am furious. The Protection Plan is a SCAM. The customer Service is terrible.

I am Personally Using it as my Main Monitor for my PC and it has worked out OK so far.

In my Opinion I think it was expensive for a 5 Year Plan.
Also, it has many Restrictions that is in Fine Print that it does NOT cover.
