For a brand new Quicken user, this product is difficult to learn. It is not user friendly and does not have useful Shortcuts. The Help function is useless. Got an old quicken for Dummies book from the library which helped a little bit. I am an experienced Windows 10 user so this product is simply not intuitive.

This TV came as a replacement, under the Geek Squad protection plan, to the TV purchased at Best Buy about a year ago. The prior flat screen TV lost sound . The Geek Squad attempted to order a mother board, but could not, so Geek Squad replaced the TV. The TV replacement process took to long and had tom many steps involved, but at the end of the day, Best Buy stood behind their Geek Squad guaranty.
