Difficult to use because placement of phone on deck of charger is very position oriented sensitive. A little to the left or right and charging will not happen. Charger has a sensing LED to help with the positioning of phone but it takes too long to let you know that the phone position needs to be adjusted. I did not purchase the stand so MAYBE this would help solve this problem. Plug is definitely more reliable.

I had been told by others that the drying cycle would be noisy if machine were not carefully leveled. Installers must have done it right because even when drying heavy load such as king sized comforter it is very quiet. I am very pleased with the performance. Also very satisfied with purchase of the companion front loading washer.

Great looking and performing washer
