Looks nice, buttons are hard to use

The case looks nice and I love OtterBox, but the buttons were too difficult to use (mostly the power button) so we returned it. Other cases of this line (Symmetry) felt the same, so it wasn't just the one case.

It looks nice, but is too quiet

The clock looks nice, but I just can't use it as an alarm. For one, the alarm is too quiet (even at its loudest), and second after a few minutes the alarm just stops on its own. So if I oversleep, the alarm won't keep going to wake me up eventually it just turns itself off

Loads fast, incredible quality

I have a 4k TV, but it is not capable of HDR - so I opted out of buying a true UltraHD Blu Ray player. I was skeptical about how this Blu Ray player would look/perform and was blown away by the quality. It does a great job upscaling!

Didn't last very long

I purchased this in February and never tested the battery functionality. Within a few weeks I had a power outage (for just a few minutes) and noticed all of my devices connected to the battery portion of the UPS were shut off. I decided to charge it up and do some testing. When disconnected from power, everything would shut off - I could not get anything to power off of the battery. I just recently returned this UPS for a Cyber Power unit.

I've only had this for a few days, but so far so good! I previously purchased an APC UPS that died within weeks, so I replaced it with this one. This UPS was reasonably priced and has a USB port (which is one of the reasons I bought it). You are able to connect it to your computer to initiate a safe shutdown, as well as monitor the battery life remaining on the UPS.
After letting it charge, I unplugged it from the wall to see how long it would run. I get about 20-25 minutes with the following devices running off of the battery: Mac Mini, Promise R4 Thunderbolt hard drive system, TP-Link 8 port gigabit switch, Netgear AC1900/R7000, Phillips Hue hub, a cable modem (Motorola), and the Phillips Hue LED strip.
My next move is to run my Ethernet through the built in ports on the UPS. If it doesn't affect my network speeds I will keep it that way for added protection.
