Wouldn't Work

Wouldn't work at all on my TV (Samsung KS-8500). Samsung tech walked through troubleshooting but ultimately had me send it back. Should have taken it back to BB and gotten my money back!

Frustrated

Sounds great when it works right but I have had so many problems with this set up I wish I had just went with Bose. Constantly pings "not connected", gives me no clue as to what is not being connected. Sound still comes out of the bar and sub but every few minutes it dings and flashed the "not connected". A couple of weeks ago the sub was making a weird noise, unplugged everything then re-synched it and it stopped. No clue as to how/why it started. All in all just not worth the $500 I spent. Samsung is great for TVs but their accessories leave a lot to be desired. Go with Bose!
