Lots of features plus CarPlay

Great improvement over stock radio in 2009 Ford Escape. Best Buy installed this 4200NEX with IdataLink Maestro RR, FD01 wiring kit, SiriusXM SXV300v1 tuner kit, and Scosche Dash Kit. Retained most steering wheel controls. Sound quality on Powerful is excellent. Sirius is more visual and easier to find stations on this unit. Can have CarPlay or Android Auto connected with naviagtion on and listen to HD Radio, CD or SiriusXM. Collects fingerprints easily and is hard to see with glare. Has a few bugs that I hope get fixed with firmware. One of Pioneer's best stereos.

Gives good protection to the iPad Mini 2, keyboard is very nice with backlit color changing keys. Battery life on keyboard charge is supposed ti be 2 years! Only thing I don't like is that you can't move the keyboard out of the way and hold it like a tablet.

Equilibrium is one of my favorite movies, it was advertised as a Matrix type movie but it is much different. Similar to THX-1138 in the way the government suppresses people's emotions with drugs. The enforcement of emotions and art is controlled by an elite group called the Grammaton Clerics. They posses advanced martial arts skills called gun kata. Interesting story and great performances. The gun kata action is awesome. See it if you haven't yet!

The Roku interface is very easy to get around in for TV and device control. We cut the cord and this TV is perfect for watching Netflix and streaming. Tuner for free broadcast channels is not as strong as our older Vizio TV, it doesn't bring in as strong a signal. I do wish it had a guide for TV shows on broadcast, you would think that would be a no brainer for an smart TV. I have noticed a strong backlight bleed in the lower center of the screen when display is black. Remote is great, we have the soundbar connected to the headphone jack so we can control the volume through remote. Since the remote is so small a "find my remote" feature would be nice to have. The picture is very vivid and color looks great with preset settings. Even has presets for audio. My family really enjoys this TV and I did a lot of research before deciding on buying this one.

Incredible fight scenes and visual details. The 3D really brings this movie to life. The movie is very long and separated on 2 disks for the 3D version, I didn't mind because it gives you and intermission.

Here's a stupid question.
In ,my defense, I am 66 years old, OK. So, don't go "Jesus Christ." I currently have cable. I want to cut the cord, oh god, I want to cut the cord. I love to get the "news" from ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, etc. Will I have to buy an app for all these channels if I buy this TV and cut the cord??
This TV is perfect for cutting the cord. To get local broadcast channels you don't need an app, just a good antenna. How far you live from the stations will determine what kind of antenna you need. Here is a great place to start for information. http://antennaweb.org/address.aspx
