Normally I will not buy a replacement plan on something that cost so little but I had just experienced a replacement for a major purchase (Apple MacBook) and was probably gun shy. But Best offers the best replacement plans available and are quick with repairs or replacement. I highly recommend them for high value electronics and so in this case I like the purchase because keyboards are notoriously finicky and prone to spills and drops.

Could use a little updating

Purchased to help control my Smart TV in lieu of my Harmony remote. although the keyboard features are nice, the keyboard is not ideal for controlling normal remote functions and I find myself using my old remote a lot. Unless you go on internet on your TV a lot and need to type, stick with a Harmony remote. This needs a trackball or to incorporate more easy to use remote features.

As a matter of course I buy warranties on high value electronics (longer the better) because just like insurance you don't need it until you need it. Especially electronics I buy for my kids to use predominately (with ADH). In this case I purchased the BB warranty on the previous MacPro I purchased for my daughter in November. She spilled water on it in June and the computer never turned on again. Apple had come out with a newer model and here old one was obsolete so BB refunded full purchase price for the old one. Sucked I had to replace the warranty but saved me $1300.

Much Better than Previos Mac Book

This MacBook Pro was a replacement for a previous one that went kaput that was purchased in November 2014. Luckily I had purchased the BB warranty on it. This is a newer model that was actually released less than a year after my original purchase. It is noticeably faster than the previous model and has some improved features. Also, has the touch sensitive track pad but I have not gotten much utility out of that feature. Improved laptop for the same price as older model...good idea. My daughter loves it!!!

What is the difference between GE RPWF-E and RPWF filters ?
Both of these filters are of same fitting and work with GE Profile refrigerators, though I am not sure what is the difference between both of these. Why should I chose one over the other ?
The RPFWE is the upgraded version of the RPFW. I called GE before I purchased and was told this and that they are RPFW replacements. I purchased the RPFWE for my refrigerator and no issues or problems (installed for about a month now).

DOES IT WORK WITH PS4
Harmony just released and update to allow the Harmony remotes to work with PS4. It involves removing and reinstalling the device from your desktop. This works with the Harmony remote have not tried it with my keyboard yet but its worth a shot if you want to try. This update was released un 7/24/2015.
