Faulty product with lengthy tech support.

Purchased extender had insufficient setup instruction. Four calls with Tech Support resulted in Linksys determining product was defective. Lengthy exchange program. Original purchase was September 2nd. It is October 15th and newly arrived replacement (shipping original back on own dime) required duplicate credit card charge, and couldn't reach appropriate tech support for morning support to setup. After 6 weeks am down twice the cost of the unit and no functioning extender.
