Keep your dishes sparkling in this Maytag built-in dishwasher in stainless steel to add a touch of contemporary to your kitchen. Super dishwasher that gets the job done. We chose this unit because of the built in disposal that will help grind up food that comes off your plates during the wash process. On other units, you have to manually clean out the disposal area. Not on this one - just let it run on its own.
This is a very quiet unit - absolutely wonderful. The upper rack can be adjusted lower if needed, and the adjustment levers intrude a bit on the top rack. The area there is narrower, so certain glasses work better there... just something extra you have to think about while loading the washer.
The racks on this washer do not have any flip down sections to help accommodate larger items such as pots or bowls. I am still trying to figure out the best way to load these larger items. I cannot get as many dishes in this unit because of this.
I really like the silverware basket - it is metal, so I know it will last. You can use it with or without the top slotted cover. This cover makes sure each piece of silverware is separated from the others, to get them cleaner
Lastly, as I have said in my other reviews, I HATE that Maytag has put a metal label on the front advertising the warranty on the unit. Why? I want to remove it, but am afraid of damaging the finish.

Stay organized with this Maytag French door refrigerator. It has storage on both doors for quick access to condiments and frequently used foods, and the Power Cold function quickly brings food back to safe temperatures after long grocery trips. This Maytag French door refrigerator has a dedicated deli drawer for convenient storage of cold cuts and specialty cheeses.

This refrigerator is nice and large - great space on the shelves and doors to hold a lot of food. The ability to adjust the shelves is a super plus! We had a large soup pot we had to put in the fridge. We took out a shelf temporarily, and were able to fit it no problem. The deli/snack drawer at the bottom of the fridge is a bit unusual... it is very deep, so a lot of the items you store in it get hidden in the back. Both doors need to be open to access this drawer, which really is not an issue.
We LOVE the fact that the water filters that are used in this unit filter just about everything out of the water! We used to buy RO water, but we no longer need to do that! Just use the water straight from the fridge!
The freezer section is nice and roomy. I first thought I would be putting my most used items in the upper baskets of the freezer, but since those stay closed when you open the door, you want to put those item you use most often in the bottom bins.
The front of the door is stainless, and the sides are grey. Keep that in mind if your unit will stick out. I liked grey rather than some units that have black sides.
The one thing that I HATE about this unit is the plate on the front left door that reads "10 Years Limited Warranty Parts". This is a metal label that is stuck on with what appears to be a double sided foam adhesive pad. It is thin metal and it bends. It catches on your cloth when you clean the doors. I do not need to be reminded of the warranty every time I open the door. This is advertising that does NOT belong on my refrigerator. I am hesitant to try to remove it because I do not know if I will be able to get the adhesive off. Don't want to ruin the finish with any chemicals I may need to use.
All in all, this is a great refrigerator with very good features.
