Good Vacuum but software no good

I purchase this to vacuum around my house. It works great and vacuums very clean. I was able to use in on my S7 Edge phone, I was programming it to vacuum while I'm away. When I upgrade to Samsung S8 phone unable to connect to the vacuum. Every time I try to connect it keep on giving me the Black screen. Contacted Samsung for support mention that there is a software issue with S8 but for the past month, i have not heard anything from Samsung tech support. Very bad and slow support on Samsung.

I got this phone during black Friday sale and give it to my little girl. She love the phone and using it with Tmobile, she had nothing to say but thank you for the excellent phone. The only problem is that the phone come without a charge, you have to fully charge the phone to be able to use it.
