Well for starters I had to rate one star because zero stars is not an option. These headphones SUCK! Do not buy, you will just waste your money. I am currently on my third set. Contact apple and all they will do is send you a new pair. Contact best buy and all they tell you to do is contact apple. Then when you ask for a refund they tell you NO! So basically when your one year warranty is up (you cannot buy geek squad on these because they suck so bad) you're out 200$. This product along with apple, and best buy have lost a customer for life.
Sincerely, A customer who will never step foot inside of a Best Buy store again.
