Can I add more memory to this PC? If so, what's the memory type and the max it supports?

This 'supports' 16GB of DDR4 SDRAM.

I don't know if you'll be able to add anything higher than that. Likely it won't have the ability to address the higher chips.

per the manual, only up to 16GB is supported.

Can you add a 3 tb hard drive?

If you mean internally:
The manual doesn't specify what size drive it supports that i can find. however, the OS would likely be your biggest culprit of issues. if you're looking to use a single 3TB drive to store data you rarely retrieve, you will be ok. if you're looking to stream DVD or better quality movies, that large of a drive with the table size it will create for that much space you'll have performance issues with the OS being slow to respond while it's scanning all the platters for the data to bring to you for the movie, while still running the OS and any other apps you're running in the background.

Yes, I have a 3TB and 2TB connected to mine now. these are my redundant backups of my docs, music and applications that i want to save.

Yes. This connects to B, G, and N Wireless Signals

The manual does NOT mention the "A" Wireless signal

Not sure what type of disk you mean.
DVD Drive: CD, DVD, CDRW, DVD+RW is what this comes with.
HD: 7200RPM Platter Drive (NO SSD/Hybrid)

this comes with windows 10 Home Edition.

Is the O/S downgradable to WIn 7?

The manual does state you can downgrade it to windows 7, however the driver/software install can be the issue. I believe the manual stated (but you'd have to check the vendor site) that they have drivers for the Win 7 OS. I would assume as plug and play windows 7 is, you 'should' be ok....however, like normal, if the hardware is newer than the plug and play drivers, and the vendor site does not have them online....you'll be combing the hardware manufacturer for their software/drivers to try to get them to work on your systems. And that could lead to other issues if it's not compatible with other drivers/DLL files on the system.

yes, it has Wifi capabilities. i would suggest though that you hardwire it in. WiFi is not as reliable, and with all the different interference you can have, getting dropped from streaming data, phone/skype calls, and other high speed communication games or functions, you'll be very angry after a few drops and critical moments

No. 16GB of ram.

For the hardware to be able to process 64GB of ram, the BUSS and Cooling of the components must be a bigger box and this isn't really made for that kind of power.

Sidenote: 64GB of ram would be FRIGGIN SWEET on this!

Is this comparable with an HP officejet pro 8600 printer?

if you meant Compatible, yes. printers are mostly compatible with the operating Systems, and not so much the computers anymore. USB and Wireless printing has removed the requirement for hardware compatibility to match.
