Expensive but R&D and craftsmanship isnt cheap

As an owner of the FinalMouse Ultralight, Logitech G Pro Wired, Roccat Kone Pure, etc etc- I have my fair share of experiences with mice. Despite it's high price point I was confident in my purchase given Logitech's stellar track record of hardware.
What I opened once it arrived was a mouse that truly is setting a gold standard. The wireless technology is unmatched on the market, the buttons have a satisfying click to them, the RGB is minimal and not obnoxious, one if not the top sensor on the market and all bundled into 80 grams. An insane feat to achieve.
I have a 20cm by 9.5cm hand size with a fingertip grip, the mouse is rated as a medium size so if you're looking for a large mouse, this may not be for you. It's also skinnier than the average mouse, perfect for me but maybe not for you. The best bet is to take the plunge when you see one and give it a few hours of use to decide. It's going to take a lot from the competitors to sway me away from this mouse!

I've got a Zowie, SteelSeries, Logitech, and HyperX pads sitting in a closet. So for a quick comparisons sake, I'd place the smoothness of this pad between the Zowie GS-R and SteelSeries QcK, super smooth for a cloth mat and offers very little abrasive feeling on the palm when sliding. It has a nice colored branding of FNATIC in the corner and out of the way. My only complaint is that I always worry about the edges of a pad that isn't stitched. Without proper edge stitching, I recommend the pad with a 4/5

One of the best mice to get when you want performance. It lacks all the extra buttons and RGB because, frankly, it doesn’t need it. I’d take this up there with the SteelSeries Rival 300/310 and Logitech G Pro of an effective mid size mouse. The scroll feels great, an effective sensor, and it’s comfortable. I’m usually not a big fan of the shell design that is part of the left and right clicks but this has won me over.
(Don’t mind the missing mousepad in the photos)

The day and age of LEDs and smart lighting have come full circle with these expensive but very awesome panels by Nano Leaf. I use them as a background item to my streaming setup in my office. Its a talking piece, a conversation starter.
Super easy to install and set-up. My only issue is that it does not support 5Ghz wireless networks, which is annoying given it being 2018 and its price point. It doesn't ruin the use of the product but having to make sure my smart phone is on the 2.4ghz wifi to control it is a nuisance.
When it comes to light settings, you have an unless amount of options available. Including custom settings you can download from other users! So if you ever get bored with your current flavor of lighting, simply go into the app and try out something new.

I've used countless headphones and headsets for gaming, Audio-Technica, BeyerDynamic, Sennheiser, Astros, HyperX, etc. Finding the right comfort AND stellar audio is really hard to find. I had been using the 2016 SteelSeries Arctis 5's and while they were super comfy, they lacked the punch and treble I was looking for, it sounded rather flat.
Once I my new Arctis Pro w/GameDAQ arrived, I was able to set it up within minutes on my PC. The clamp force on the headset is a little more firm, allowing less of a sound leak in the ear cuffs. The super simplistic design of the ski goggle strap works wonders whether youre wearing a hat or not, alleviating the weight of the headset and reducing wear fatigue.
The GameDAQ is simple to customize and navigate given the large knob and very legible LED display. The equalizer has presets but also allows you to set your own settings and it does not fail to deliver. Watching Netflix, listening to Tidal (for Hi-Res audio), and playing games like Siege and PUBG all welcomed the headset with open arms. There is literally nothing but love on this headset, you can tell SteelSeries wanted to offer something for those who really wanted a focus on audio in the days of graphics, graphics, graphics. The highs and lows are accurate and you feel it. The situational audio works flawlessly, you know whats approaching from all sides.

There isn't much to say about a headset stand but the Corsair ST100 is a very nice piece to a desktop that you're particular about. With its non-slip grip on the bottom, two additional 3.0 USB ports and the ever popular RGB lighting- it's more than just your basic headset stand. It's made of aluminum, so it has some nice weight to it to keep it sturdy and clean.
My only issues are two things- the edges where the stand meets the top of your headset are sharp. So I'm concerned that over a very long period of time or with the wrong headset build- the sharp edges might cut into the headset padding. And since the top USB port offer's 7.1 surround sound (its a gimmick folks), it defaults as a headset to my PC until I adjusted it. Wasn't really an issue with the device or the PC but a tad annoying at first.

I needed better lighting for my streams as my webcam was having difficulty picking up on the green screen with normal household lighting. I decided on Savage because of their quality in the green screen that I bought. I wasn't disappointed by this either!
Setting up the kit took less than five minutes and it comes packaged in a case if you need to transport it. On its first go around, I streamed for six hours and the LED lights were only warm to the touch, they don't radiate heat and are even vented to keep cool. I do like that it comes with a remote so I can adjust the lighting on the fly while being in the position to watch how things would change on stream. I strongly recommend this kit if youre looking for better lighting in whatever photography of videography you are doing!

This is solely the review of the green screen. I bought the product for streaming, so I really don't have a need on the software- therefore I cant speak on that.
The screen itself is a tad darker than other screens I've looked into online but it was no trouble to get the chroma key to recognize it on my webcam. The fabric looks durable enough and the kit comes with 3M hooks with removable double sided tape.
The wrinkles from being packaged will look to take some time to flatten but again, it hasnt been any trouble to my webcam!

Protection for a great phone

I normally try to install tempered glass on my phones but with these phones going more and more to a rounded edge, the glass isn't the best idea. So with that, I decided on this standard HD screen protector. Absolutely zero issues with the installation. I know its an intimidating process for some but follow these steps:
1. Read the directions.
That's it! It also helps to make sure you have no fans or near nay air circulating so it prevents dust and whatnot from creeping under the film as you apply it.Also, don't stress if after the installation you find yourself with a few bubbles that you cant seem to get rid of. After two days, the bubbles were gone after normal use, warmth from the phone itself and what I imagine- air escaping the material.

Moto continues to shine with the G5 Plus

I think Moto has hit it stride with offering cost effective unlocked phones. They can't compete with the likes of Samsung or Apple anymore when it comes to features integration and marketing. What they're doing right is offering the G series and the G5 Plus is a fantastic phone for $300.
The phone snappy and does exactly what I want it to do, the screen is still a tad darker than what I'd like, I've been spoiled with Samsungs AMOLED. That doesn't take away from doing any tasking, gaming, or streaming.
Jumping back and forth between apps, including YouTube and Twitch, I never ran into any bogging down. And as a mechanic who might randomly need to use the flashlight, having the Moto gestures in place with this phone is a pleasant welcome. By simply shaking the phone twice you can turn on the flashlight or flicking your wrist twice- the camera comes up. You don't have to wrestle with the screen if you're wearing work gloves
The camera is decent, it's not great, you'll find the auto focus isn't quick enough and there's a lot of blur if you move. However it's better than any phone within its price range.
It still used micro USB for charging and syncing. While we all have dozens of these cables in a drawer, it's time they commit 100% to USB Type-C. It's faster, more reliable and future proof.
I expected the screen and camera to function for a $300 phone but because it's still using a micro, it's getting a 4/5.

You can use it on a contract or prepaid line, it's as simple as doing a device swap on Verizon's site or stopping into a Best Buy and they can do it for you.
