Easy to operate and,understand. I did say to the geek,squad when they set it up " when am I going to see the color like in the store?" They said I won't because the store has the ultra hi def streamed in. The clerk,did not tell me that. Color is really not much better than what I have, just bigger.

Is there a cable that can connect the Bose to iPhone
I have already purchased the 20 Series 111 :The sound is great; nice to have internet radio and preset stations BUT I do not like that I cannot connect my iPhone directly to the speaker. While the Bose has a USB cable slot the only thing I can do with it is charge my iPhone; the Aux will not play using an Apple cable.
The instructions indicate that you can connect an audio device by using a stereo cable with a 3.5mm plug. Have not seen any that would work with the apple lightning connection.

When using the Bluetooth link does it function the same as a 'bluetooth only' speaker? Is there any reason for a need to use the App? Can you play things like YouTube? ALSO, can the system be used via Bluetooth link even if there is no WiFi service?
I downloaded the SoundTouch app went into settings and made sure my Bluetooth was on and I could connect to radio stations all over the world and have thousands of music too. I love pandora free. I do not want to pay for my music. I think you can get you tube also. But if you are in doubt ask Best Buy. I love the Bose. They told me how to set up from my phone or iPad.
