had to take back to Best Buy after 11 days because it seemed it was about to crash...had downloaded some recommended Dell drivers for WiFi and Bluetooth when everything went downhill...computer froze up, making a horrible grinding sound and was slow and jerky...took back to BB and there were 9 viruses! coincidence? I think not...all seems ok now...my last Dell Inspiron is 9 years old and still works great!
