The DP-300F has been designed with heavier base construction for reduced vibration and improved performance. This easy-to-operate fully automatic record player comes with a manual lifter mechanism that lets you to place the needle on the record wherever you want, so you can skip to a different song in the middle of a side. The tonearm has a removable headshell for ease of cartridge replacement, and features adjustable balance and anti-skating controls for proper tracking. The diecast aluminum platter produces uniform rotation for smooth flutter free operation. The turntable is powered by a DC servo motor and belt drive system and has rotation speeds of 33 1/3 or 45 rpm. Built-in phono equalizer preamp connects to almost any receiver or amplifier for an open, more enveloping soundstage. Includes a MM cartridge so you can enjoy your analog record collection right out of the box as soon as the DP-300F is connected to your home hi-fi system.

I really like how easy it was to install this player. Only thing I'd like is the ability of using my own RCA jacks. This has the RCA built in and from what I see there's no alternate way of hooking up.

Are the shelves far enough apart to fit a half ham/ham portion butt end without having to cut the ham down to fit? Also, there are differing answers to the cord length. Has anyone actually measured the cord?
The distance between shelves is 9 inches... bottom has a removable shelf and you have a max of 10 inches. I dont know about the cord length as it's plugged in and I'm not able to move it out to measure. I've had this a month so far and extremely happy with it. Oh, the depth is 10 inches.
