Nespresso produces a quality product and offers great coffee! This was a gift, but knew it would work b/c I have three others. One in the Office and two at home. Makes great expresso and Cappuccino. Have to use the Nespresso capsules (there is a secondary knockoff company that has less then adequate coffee in my view), but it is easy to order online for what you like. Price varies from about $.75 to $1.10 per capsule, and they come in sleeves of 10. You can buy accessories or move up to the larger machines that come all decked out. A bit of a small water reservoir, but easy refill. Quality product, great tasting coffee, expresso and Cappuccino, and Nespresso services online.

I have developed a squeak in the spin cycle. It starts, goes away and comes back again. I am not sure if this is a problem or not. I will be calling the Geek squad next week to get them here to investigate. Clothes washing results are great and it just may be an alignment issue, but want to be sure. Desire to have it looked at now rather than down the line. Everything else about the machine is super, so far.
