Very Professional Installers

Initially the install crew arrived in our appointment window with our new dishwasher and upon unpacking it the found that it was damaged. They got right on the phone to arrange ordering the replacement, took photos with their phones to send in to the supervisor and turned an unfortunate situation into a pleasant customer service experience.
When the replacement became available, they scheduled a new delivery appointment the very next day and arrive promptly in the appointment window. The installers were professional, friendly & got the install done in a timely fashion. The installer also made sure to show us some of the basic features of this model & went over the product registration info with us. Great experience!!!
