Overall a good experience. It was nice not having to get the washer and dryer into the house and down into the cellar. After the hookup was complete, it took quite a while for the washer to start filling up the bin with water (apparently it takes several minutes the very first time you turn it on). The installer did not know this and told me that I should contact customer service. 30 seconds after they left the water started. All is good.
