Burn lines in screen straight out of the box

Bought this TV from the local Best Buy. Got home, opened the box and set it up only to find out there were 6 burn lines spanning horizontally across the screen.
Tried multiple ways to fix the issue with no avail.
Returned the Samsung and got the Sony 55" and could not ask for a better TV.
