I recently upgraded from a Generation 3 Ipad to the new Ipad Air 2. Nothing wrong with my old Ipad but I needed more space so now was the time to trade in and upgrade. The screen and graphics are beautiful. My 4 year old will stream Netflix and watch it all day if she had her way. I do like the convenience of thumbprint accessibility but it's not a deal breaker. Wifi has been flawless and I have experienced no lag when streaming. The convenience of Itunes is what keeps me returning although I am finding that I don't like the recent updates to Itunes. No affect on the Ipad. This is my 3rd Ipad and I have yet to go wrong owning one.

Good, protective case

The case itself seems durable and it protects well. I like the fact it comes with a screen protector opposed to purchasing one separately. The only drawback I found thus far is that the Ipad is difficult to remove once it is snapped into place. That said, I don't plan on removing it often so no worries.

Get the Amazon gift card. You cannot go wrong as Amazon has almost everything and it is easily compatible with the Fire as it is from Amazon. My kids love getting Amazon gift cards.
